OPIT, UGANDA

This CARC started in August, 2007 when people were still living in internally displaced people's camps due to the war of Joseph Kony between 1986-2006. This started with biosand filter training, first aid kit training, and WaSH (water, sanitation and hygiene) training to help people that had lost hope.
